Following the terminal demise of an on-site server, the disaster recovery plan was put into effect.

A replacement server was delivered to site within 24 hours and the OS re-installed. The online backup system was set to restore and the site was fundamentally up and running within 48 hours.

The only issue with the recovery process was due to a faulty network card which was brand new !
