Why do I need to add Members?

Adding members improves the security of your VoIP account so that each person has their own login credentials. You can also set levels so that certain members have limited access if you prefer.

If you need anyone other than yourself to provide information about your account; for a transfer request, for example, adding them as a member will allow us to speak directly with them or use their details for ID purposes.

To add a member login into your VoIP Account

Go to My Dashboard > My Account > Members > Create Member.
